Blue ocean vs Green Ocean

Technologies have accelerated the "cloning" effect in the business environment. How does one sustain themselves in this rapid "Me Too" landscape? Blue oceans inevitably turn red; how many wars must you win and how many battles can you handle?

The Green Ocean strategy involves creating an ecosystem within the organization. Each department should integrate artificial intelligence systems to manage and sustain themselves, akin to the self-regulating ecology of a Green Lake.

Companies collapse due to outdated structures that rely heavily on centralized control from top-level management. A single ill-considered decision can fatally disrupt business operations.
